Jermaine started his real estate investing journey in 2015, with the purchase of his first rental property. From the first investment and introduction to real estate came Unity investment Inc. Unity Investment Inc is designed to build wealth through real estate. From rental properties to house flipping, his vision is clear. With his eye for design and style, these qualities have become an asset in the business. He carefully looks over each property and combs through the numbers, to assure that every project and investment meets the company’s standards.  Needless to say, he is very hands with each and every project.
